MADAGASCAR ARTS is a fair trade organization which assists the artisans for the conservation of their talent and artistic gifts, by increasing their market shares of both local and international market. Your purchase helps us to protect and to fight against the disappearance of traditional know how.
DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PRODUCTS
We encourage our customers to consider MADAGASCAR ARTS as partner for the development of new products on the market. Your collaboration will be welcome. From our part, we shall send you the photos of your models by mail to insure the production of the defined article.
ORDER
Generally, order should be sent to MADAGASCAR ARTS at least 2 months before the delivery date.
To confirm the receipt of your order, a pro forma invoice will be sent back to you. We shall indicate on this pro forma invoice the available products to be sent, the amount of the due advance for confirmation of your order, and to begin the preparation of the expedition
PAYMENT
By Swift. An account of 50 % of the total amount of the order is required to confirm the command. The balance of the payment will be given before the departure of the goods for the new customers
PRICE
Note that all our prices are FOB EX WORKS, the payment of the stake to FOB is thus at your charge.
BRAND AND PRICE TAG
We can put your leading labels without supplement. We can also ask you for quotations to your labels in Madagascar to avoid cost of expedition of labels to our workshop, the payment of labels being at your charge.
GUARANTEED QUALITY
MADAGASCAR ARTS is a specialist in quality control : a team of several persons works on it every day. Our responsibility is to insure the quality of the goods supplied by our artisans. We promise that all the sent products were meticulously inspected, article by article, and perfectly packed
NON-CORRESPONDING OR DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
We decline any responsibility for damaged goods after expedition. Any sort of complaint must be presented to the assurance of the forwarder.
If you notice that the standard of quality was not respected, we shall ask you to send us your comments, with a photo in proof. We shall replace free of charge the damaged or not corresponding goods.
SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT
MADAGASCAR ARTS works with the local NGO for the conservation of natural resources by supplying with the technical aid to the artisans for drawings, production, and sales. Member of "Fair Trade Federation", we offer wages always above the legal minimum; conditions of employment favourable to our employees and we are good payers towards our suppliers and producers.We pay regularly taxes to the Malagasy state and respect the laws.
